Yes. Rental extensions are subject to item availability. Simply contact us as early as possible to request an extension and we'll confirm within hours. Extended period rates are pro-rated and clearly communicated before confirmation.

Yes, we serve locations beyond the city limits. Outstation deliveries may include an additional logistics fee depending on distance and order size. Contact us with your location details and we'll provide a full quote including delivery charges.

Absolutely. Self-pickup is available from our warehouse during business hours. This option is especially popular for smaller orders and can reduce overall costs. Just let us know at the time of booking and we'll have everything ready for you.

We accept cash, bank transfers, and major digital payment methods. A booking deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the balance payable before or on delivery. Full payment terms are outlined clearly in your booking confirmation.

Cancellations made more than 5 days before the event date receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 5 days may be subject to a partial charge. We always aim to be fair and flexible — if circumstances change, please contact us directly and we'll work something out.
